Fair Housing: Are You Covered?

Recent press continues to highlight that residential buildings in New York City do not comply with the accessibility requirements of the Fair Housing Act. Many in the development community believe that the City’s accessibility requirements meet those of the Federal Fair Housing Act. Attend this session to find out what the disagreements are all about.
